D.C. (04/05/2000)--The governing body of the American Association of
Dental Schools passed a resolution this afternoon to change its name.
Effective immediately, the organization will now be known as the American
Dental Education Association (ADEA). Dr. Patrick J. Ferrillo, President of
ADEA, believes this new name more accurately reflects the mission of the
association.
